Processing and delivery times

Most orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day. You can track every order on the Orders page of your Hertwill account.

  • European Union — 3–8 business days from European warehouses
  • United Kingdom — 4–10 business days from EU and UK warehouses
  • United States — 3–8 business days from US warehouses

Depending on the destination and warehouse, orders are delivered by logistics partners such as DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord and Posti.

A small number of products are made to order and take longer to dispatch.

Shipping to the US and the UK

Shipping to the UK is available for most products — most orders are delivered in 4–10 business days. Orders shipped from the EU to the UK use DAP terms; we do not currently offer DDP shipping, so customs charges cannot be prepaid through Velvet & Bow. If a consignment exceeds £135, the customer may have to pay import VAT, customs duty and a carrier clearance fee on delivery. The threshold applies to the whole consignment, not to each item.
